Our Typical Residential Painting Project includes additional items for a superior finish. Many aspects of the painting project can be neglected, while still offering a beautiful transformation to increase the value of a home. The following included differs from our traditional superior painting:

• Drop sheeting of area, including plastic on furniture and fixtures 
• Including minor patchwork with fast and final. Sanding patchwork, spot covering to avoid flashing
• Complete sanding of entire wall surface
• calking baseboard + trim to fill gaps
• Brush and roll application of interior latex paint. 1st coat.
• 2nd pass of patchwork and sanding check (for any areas missed)
• including Benjamin Moore REGAL paint.  Including Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec
• Vacuum Cleanup

Whether it is freshening up before a sale, or a quick repaint before moving in, we can help. We can paint up to 2000 square feet of living space per day if on an intense timeline. We also can paint:

• Trims, Doors, and Stair Risers
• Ceilings
• Exteriors and more

Pricing

Pricing depends on how significant wall repairs need to be done. Wall painting starts at $1.75 per square foot of living space.

For example, painting a 1000 sq ft bungalow would cost $1750.00 + HST

Have the kitchen Cabinets painted in a 2 Day turnaround time for half the price.

How can we do this?

A typical premium cabinet finishing job includes extensive sanding and topcoats. Our Realtor Cabinet service includes cleaning, and more limited sanding. This in turn provides a durable and good quality finish, but however it is not the most perfect factory finish possible. The most laborious and intensive aspect of the project is removed, along with it a significant proportion of the price. The job in turn has the following below:

•  Removal of doors
• Cleaning of Doors
• Sanding of doors @ 150 grit, then at @ 180 grit
• Hand Scuffing of Doors, then Priming of Doors with Shellac/Adhesion Primer
• Sanding of Primer Topcoat Doors @ 220 grit
• Topcoat #1
• Sanding of Doors FINAL PASS
• Final Topcoat
• Paint cabinet boxes and reinstall doors

 For typical Cabinet Refinishing, pricing begins at $100 per door. Our Realtor Cabinet Repaint Service starts at $50 per door.
